This week has been really crazy. I'm going to try to make it simple.
Monday was really fun. We went with Payge wedding dress shopping. She found her dress! It was super fun then we went to red robin for lunch and she had a gift card so she paid for our meal to. It was super nice. She is a recent convert my first baptism! She is super nice and we've been giving her new member lessons! later we went to the mall with the Liberty Lake sisters. There is a chocolate place that gives us free Carmel apple or ice cream! Yum! Then at 6 we went to see an investigator. She had 3 big dogs. They tried to lick my face the hole time. It bet it was really funny to see. haha!
Tuesday we had sister Vance with us because her companion sister James went to a training. It was really fun! We helped a few Investigators. It was fun!
Wednesday was really fun! We went and had interviews with president! this was his last set of interviews before he goes. While sister Whitmer was with president I was with Sister Dymock and she was giving me some training and she told us about the glad game. The old movie there was this girl who played the glad game. It was really cool. The mission office is always so fun to visit.
Thursday was a fun day! Haha, It was crazy! So we thought we had spiders because the past few days we have been getting bit. So we went to the maintaince guy to ask if we could spray for bugs. They came checked and told us we have bed bugs!!!!! EWWWWW!!!! After they left we started freaking out. We jumped out of our clothes. put them in the dryers and got in scolding hot showers. They came and picked our mattress and bedding to throw them away. We vacuumed like crazy and we had to wash our clothes because the bugs could still be on them. Our washer has been acting weird so after we went to the mission office we went to the nearest laundromat. It was really sketchy. It was a gas station/subway/laundromat. Luckly I had around $20 for laundry to change into quarters. We were laughing at the hole situation! People though we were crazy! We ate subway while waiting for our clothes. We took lots of pictures. After we were done we didn't have enough money to fully dry our clothes so on our way out a lady smiled and asked if she could buy our dinner. We said we already ate and said thank you though! As we were leaving she hunted us down and gave us a $20!!! She said she was a missionary once too! We were so thankful. They our mattresses at the Liberty Lake sisters so we could stay with them. While they fixed the bed bug problem. We got permission to go to Walmart and shop for some food. Because the sisters didn't have much we could eat. We bought food with the $20. It was such a blessing. Heavenly Father was so aware of us it was really cool. That night we bought ice cream and just ate it while laughing so hard at what had happened that day. Then when the Liberty Lake sisters came in they said we looked exhausted. We went to bed. Sister Whitmer couldn't sleep. She said she stayed up most all night and I felt so bad!
Friday we cleaned our apartment and vacuumed like crazy! We had to leave the vacuum outside. We had district meeting to which is always a fun experience.
Saturday we stayed at the liberty lake sisters and we had so much fun together. We went tracking all day and we had another Baptism! Sherri is awesome. She had her sister and brother-in-law come up from salt lake to baptism her! they had to dunk her twice! haha! She was crying the hole time. She was so prepared by the lord it was awesome to see. That morning we got up at 5 to help one of our investigators pack her truck for a garage sale. which we got MacDonald after. yummm.
Sunday was fast Sunday! As missionaries we are recomeded to bear out testimony each fast Sunday. Which that is always fun. A couple of investigators came which was really cool! We had dinner at the members house with all the kittens and they were all grown up. They only had one left but it was soooooo cute!!! I think I got really bad allergies and got lightheaded that night so we decided to stay in and do calls and texts.
Sooo today we got evicted from our apartment because of the bed bugs. We laugh about it though. Ill keep you updated next week! Bye!
