Tuesday we were with the Liberty Lake sisters. We had to move all of our stuff out of their apartment to move in with the other sisters from another zone because the Liberty Lake can't have more than 2 sisters living there for a long time. So we moved all of our stuff out of there and moved in and we are squished in there! That's ok though its right across the street from the mission office. We're in the same apartment complex with the senior missionaries who work at the mission office so that's really fun! We have some pretty cool neighbors. Haha! We had to go to East Valley correlation with a lot of stuff in our car. We packed the entire car with stuff to the roof of the car. haha! We got to the apartment and the Elders that live in the apartment complex also, they were like, do you need any help unloading out of your car? And poor guys! We had them work! And it doesn't help that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. Haha!
Wednesday we stayed that night at the sisters apartment and we went to Food For Thought, and had district meeting. It was the last district meeting before transfers. We took a lot of funny photos. We did a little tracting which is always an interesting experience. We then went back and unpacked all of our stuff and did companion study.
Thursday was transfer day! I am staying in the Valley with sister Whitmer so she can finish training me. We went to see Dee with sister Pinson, one of the ward missionaries, who is the sweetest. We talked to her about Sunday and the next relief society activity. We then had weekly planning! yay! I love weekly planning, it's my favorite. We had the most revelation for our investigators.
Friday. Sister Whitmer is the new STL for our zone so she had new training meeting. From 9-3. So i spent the day with the sisters we are currently living with. It was so boring. They had their weekly planning, and i didn't know what to do, so I just sat there listening. I couldn't do anything more. Weekly planning usually takes up to 4 hours. We then went to the church to pick Sister Whitmer up. We went back to the apartment, and then we had to send our miles to the mission office, and we got the mile dance from elder Thacker! haha! it was the best! We then went to Dairy Queen and that was the most expensive meal I've had on my mission. Haha! Missionary life!
Saturday was a lot of fun. We had to move all of our stuff out of the apartment, so we asked the Elders if they would help, and they did. Elder and Sister Wilcox came and helped too. We got rid of a lot of stuff that most of it wasn't even ours. Then we offered to help the Wilcox's to help them take all the stuff to the dump. We got there and we threw a lot of old stuff away. The smell reminded me of dad when he comes back from work some days. Haha! We helped them out the rest of the day. They took us to firehouse subs which was really yummy! Then they dropped us off at the apartment and we went to get something at the mission office and when we got back we saw them taking groceries in. So we helped them and they offered us dinner which was really yummy!
Sunday was just a regular Sunday. We have to drive to Post Falls Idaho for church for the first ward, which is always an adventure. We had dinner at the cutest couples house. They are in their late 40's and they've been married for 6 months and they were telling about how they met, and their love story, and it was the best thing ever! It was so cute! They gave us huckleberry ice cream which is the best ice cream!
Well, I hope that this week has been good for everybody else! Let me know!!
