April 8, 2019: General Conference!

Hello! How are you all!? This week has been really good. General conference was the spiritual boat that I needed! It so cool go see our Prophet tell us what the Lord wants us to hear. I love our prophet so much. That was so cool to hear Moses Lake Washington is getting a temple!!! Its not in our mission but it is like 40 min away from Ritzville where I previously served. Normally for them it took them like 1 1/2 hours to get to the Spokane temple. I could just see all of there faces so excited! I am so happy and excited for them! Yay!!!

This past week it has been raining like every single day and we are in a car share. That means that we split time with the car with the other sisters. One night we are walked to this lesson that is like 20-30 min away and it is pouring rain and its windy. We get to the lesson like dripping. We have the lesson and we have to walk home is the rain and wind again. As we were walking this car drives by into a puddle and it splashes all over us! Like in the movies! It happens it really does! Haha! After that we got home we stepped inside and the sisters faces drop. Our hair and our dresses were literally dripping wet. We were soaked. Haha! It was really funny. Good memories! Haha! 

This week we were teaching Lloyd, and he wants to be baptized! Yay! We are praying about a date so we shall see but super exciting!!!

Funny story we were out running for exsersie and next to us is this animal rescue well, just recently there has been this poster for a lost orange cat named max. As we were exercising sister Wlton finds this orange cat and picks it up thinking it's the lost cat. Well, come to find out its actually a mimi instead of a max. Haha! We accidently kidnapped a cat! Haha! Oops! 

I dont know about you but I am on a spiritual high from General Conference. Haha! I thought that it was perfect. Every talk was inspired and what God wanted us to hear. It was so amazing. I felt the spirit so strongly. I hope you all felt the same way and if you haven't read or seen it you should! Love you all!!!

Sister Call 

April 1st: Transfers!

Hi! So sorry I' didn't write one last week it has been a little crazy! Well this past week was transfers and I got transfered to Cheney Washington! Home of eastern university! It has been fun! My new companion is sister Bowler! She is super cute and also from the mothership (utah) But we have had fun already! We live with 2 other sisters that cover the YSA ward sister Walton and Albrecht. They both are the cutest things ever! I did have to say bye to Sister Petersen which was super sad. But I know that she will do well with her new companion! 

Fun story that happend before transfers. So we were at the other sister home. They live with a member that has this little dog that has the biggest eyes ever. Anne is her name. Well, we go over after exchanges with these sisters and we spend our dinner our over at there house. Sister Lesuma got this big ball on Monday and she was playing with it. Anne is a pretty chill dog but when she saw that ball she slimed all over sister Lesuma to get this ball. She chased this ball all over the room knocking down the lamp jumping on top of the beds just to get this ball. And she was making the weirdest noise ever. As she is trying to get this ball there is slobber flinging everywhere! Haha! Sister William's falls on the floor dying laughing! Sister Lesuma is also on the floor trying to figure out how she got mangled by drool from a little dog. I am in their closet dying of laughter! It was probably the funniest thing ever! Haha!

So cool story, we were calling people that just had phone numbers and we called this one lady and asked how she was doing she goes well that's a loaded question and she laid it all on us and we offered to help her and she said yes please. So we helped her moved her stuff into her storage unit. She is the sweetest lady and she said she would keep in touch. It was super cool! 

Also Saturday we had 2 baptisms!!! Yay! The cutest little girls ever! It was so special. 

This past week has been super interesting and new adventures! Haha! But as always the church is true and I'm so excited for conference!! Love you!
